FiOS seems to suck!

Stupid FiOS - phone has been down for 3 days!

UPDATE: Called Verizon this morning - the technician said that the line shows a busy signal at the box which is unusual unless there is a phone connected directly into the box (there isn't). Someone will be over tomorrow between the hours of 1-5pm to check it out.
